Active journey
A citizen journey that has been created and is not yet completed or archived.
Agent
Backend capabilities that guide a citizen, track follow-up state, or prepare document assistance. It is not an autonomous government decision-maker.

A time-limited record that the authenticated user completed the required identity verification level.
Catalog
The approved set of workflow definitions eAkto can suggest and execute.
Citizen intent
A structured interpretation of a free-text request, including task, possible agencies, confidence, and missing information.
Document vault
The citizen-facing view of protected government document metadata and upload access.
eGov AI
An external eGovernment AI service used by an authorized backend adapter. Deterministic eAkto policy validates and constrains its output.

The partner single sign-on flow used to establish an eAkto application session from an eGovPH identity.
eVerify
An identity verification service used to establish stronger identity assurance.
Evidence requirement
A document or fact required by a workflow action, sometimes conditional on an answer.
Exchange code
A short-lived, single-use authorization artifact that the backend exchanges under the authorized SSO contract. It is not a reusable access token.
High-assurance action
An operation, such as creating a sensitive journey or accessing documents, that requires recent identity assurance in addition to authentication.
Journey
A persisted instance of a workflow for one citizen, including answers, milestones, documents, and progress.
Milestone
An ordered stage in a journey. Milestones contain actions and completion rules.
Provider adapter
Backend code that translates between an external service contract and eAkto-owned types.
Signed URL
A short-lived object-storage URL issued after authorization. It must not be logged or treated as permanent.

A versioned template defining questions, documents, milestones, actions, and rules for a supported government journey.
